Personally I would just mine to the exchange (Trade Ogre) as it is still early and you need to run a node to hold the coins until they have a web wallet of some sort

Personally I would Mine directly to the exchange (Trade Ogre) they don’t have another wallet besides running a node to store the coins as it is super early. Web wallet is on the road map but not just yet. This way you don’t need to down load anything just incase… Just my opinion.

How the hell do you run an ASIC in a VM lol? Unless you were referring to GPU mining this coin which may be barely worth it in the beginning bc it's a spec play and rewards are highest but will not be worth it in the long run when it will be dominated by ASICs.

So port 3349 is for pool mining and port 3350 is for solo mining. Pool is 1% fee and solo is 2% on mining4people.

Yes but it's 70 percent block reward and 30 percent pplns. So you still get paid if you don't hit blocks.
