Thank you for showing this. Celebrities have the world used to women being a size 0 weeks after giving birth. Thanks for showing that not all women are the same, not all women disappear and get tummy tucks, and however you look you are beautiful. (No shade if you do ‘bounce back’ so quickly or choose to get a tummy tuck. I just don’t think it’s good for all women to expect that.)

my first child i was 16 & my flat stomach came back in two days. i was 125lbs towards the end. my second i was 19 & my flat stomach came back in 2 weeks but my stomach was stretched more on one side & i didn’t care for that. ending at 150lbs. my third i was 21 & my stomach didn’t bounce back. . .took discipline & a lot of working out & to get my tummy a little flat. i was 189lbs 🌝 i love who i am now fr & i have stretch marks (which i had since 9 years old). . .cellulite (also had since i was like 5 years old (i was chunky). . .so i never seen anything wrong with stuff like that until people pointed it out. . .i love that you showed your tummy! thank you. confidence is so beautiful. 🤍

You are so inspiring - I just want to say THANK YOU for being so honest, real and positive about your body and all the changes associated. It's SO SO nice to see, and I feel that it's really rare. Often we see women feeling like they have to explain themselves for what they look like after having a baby - it's so refreshing to see you saying "this is me, im good with it, I had a freakin baby". I'm 8.5 months pregnant and it's really making me try to readjust my own mindset in regards to my body and expectations of myself after pregnancy. Thank you! x

I love the level of positivity you’re showing regarding this topic. I’m almost 8 months PP, I hated my body before pregnancy and I hate my body now *but* I also have a decade of eating disorders in my bag so... I guess there are still a lot of issues I need to address. I gave birth 2 week earlier and my baby was a little under 3kg, now she’s over 9kg so I’m dealing with the opposite at the moment! You look absolutely great by the way :) Really happy I rediscovered your channel :)

I love how you made sure to point out how different everyone's experience is when it comes to their body during and after pregnancy. I put on a good 80 (yes, EIGHTY) pounds when I was pregnant with my daughter 13 years ago which is INSANE for some people, but that's just what happened. I feel like we're so over exposed to the idea of needing to "bounce back" as soon as possible after having a baby so it's really awesome and refreshing seeing your attitude about the whole thing.

It's so nice to see how positive you are about everything. I had a baby in February, I am 8 months pp and I am starting to think that I shouldn't be expecting to go back to my pre pregnancy weight/body. Things have change and we should embrace them, even though sometimes it's hard. I have decided to start doing some hypopressive exercises to help my abdomen heal and feel a little better about that part of my body without worrying too much about numbers. Our bodies are a miracle, we created life and that should be embraced!

After watching people body shame Chadwick Boseman and then hearing he was at the taleend of battling terminal cancer, I am so disgusted with body judgements that are not positive, because our bodies are truly amazing, whether they are coming to the end or at the very beginning. Because fatphobia is so real, hearing you call Arrow big makes me flinch. For certain, you are not body shaming your baby, you’re just pointing out stats and such. This is the world we have created, however. It’s literally disgusting. I love your message of self-love. Thank you for not feeding into the toxicity. You are incredible ❤️

I never really watched you much, but you are so positive and encouraging. I gained 80 lbs with each child. Lost the weight both times, but it was discouraging to see people bounce back! Giving you a high five for your message. ❤️

Well being overweight after pregnancy is not healthy in anyway. She doesn't look overweight though so I am not talking about her. People shouldn't except being overweight they should try to change it. Being overweight increases your risk for Soooo many diseases.

This video made my day!! I just had my first baby and my body definitely changed a lot! I have stretch marks, darker skin and all that jazz…and a beautiful soul that I brought into the world. I agree we need to change the whole snap back narrative because for many of us it’s not practical. Thank you for being a part of that change by being real!

Hey Brittany! I actually love love how positive and open and honest you are about this. I respect you so much and I hope nothing but the best for you and your beautiful family. I wanted to shed some light on the situation in Beirut Lebanon. I can’t imagine how difficult it is to be pregnant and go through labor and delivery during covid however please imagine what the mama to be and new mamas are feeling in Lebanon right now. We really need all the help we can get wether it’s donations or raising awareness, but these past few months.. on top of the rising cases of covid-19 and not being able to handle it at hospitals, there has been political turmoil and revolution and protests since October 2019. There is 500% hyperinflation making meat, chicken, coffee, milk and other baby products extremely expensive and pushing over 50% of the population to be under the poverty line. This is on top of the high unemployment rate. This economic and financial crisis is detrimental to people’s health and safety (including banking and financial situation), then on august 4, the third largest explosion in human history occurred at the port of the capital. This meant that the wheat storage of the entire country was destroyed, half the city was destroyed killing over 250 souls, 300,000 houses and business and 1000s injured. This also means the port was destroyed so no form of importing goods and products. If quarantine has taught us anything, it’s the importance of humanity and empathy. If covid was hard for you, imagine how difficult it is for new mamas in Lebanon. Imagine how difficult it is to give birth in a destroyed hospital, no medication, no tools or equipment, and only the flash light on a cellphone because there wasn’t any electricity.

I was at my fittest when I became pregnant with twins. Needless to say, my body never went back to what it was. I also thought I would snap back like my mom😂 um no. Loved that you shared so honestly❤️❤️❤️ I am happy to see another mom with a body similar to what mine looked like after having babies. Also, pregnant and covid are really something 😂 I have also been indulging and my belly shows it.

I scrubbed my linea Nigera off, no seriously its was like dry dark skin that I was able to scrub off. And you will get your body back. I had a 9 pound 2 baby and was small and it all eventually went back after awhile. Xx
