I am so glad he spoke about Sweden when my son is on a mission there. We pray for the people of Sweden to be open to the knowledge of the truth and with courage move forward in faith to be baptized.

My brother loves chemistry. He said recently that it would be easier for him to focus on talks in sacrament meeting if they could use scientific analogies every once in a while, in the same way we often hear people use baking or sports analogies. The beginning of this address reminded me of that conversation. One of the small but impactful ways God reminds us He is listening. ❤

we're already forgiven of ALL of ours sins. One sacrifice for all our sins Heb. 10:14

But we have to accept that forgiveness, by accepting Him into our heart and lives and actions. He wants us to accept His forgiveness, and follow Him.

I’m sorry you both were offended by Elder Renlunds talk. I hope you understand how important it was that he powerfully reaffirmed the truthfulness of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints by emphasizing the divine foundation and continuous guidance that distinguishes the Church. He testified that our Church is true because it is built on the restored gospel of Jesus Christ, with Christ Himself at the head. Elder Renlund highlighted the importance of personal revelation, priesthood authority, and covenants that enable us to return to God’s presence. He reminded us that the teachings, ordinances, and organization of the Church are not man-made but divinely appointed, and he encouraged members to deepen their testimony by seeking spiritual confirmation through study, prayer, and living the principles of the gospel. His message reinforced the idea that the Church’s truthfulness is evident through the joy, peace, and guidance it brings into our lives, all of which testify of Jesus Christ’s living reality and leadership in these latter days. No other church had come out and professed they are the true church but us. Why do we have so many churches and which one is true? If you’re offended then why don’t you just profess your church is true? Can you? Did you receive divine authority from God and the Savior to start his church.

You did such a great job explaining his talk... Until you had to get the last word in with your last paragraph. 😢
