i believe they said a while back that they couldn't get their hands on these guns to record sounds and stuff, hence they won't be in the game for at least until release.

AN-94 sucks irl and there weren't many of them produced. That's why I wish they never implemented Spear 6.8. AEK would be nice I agree. Russian spetsnaz also uses some of those.

@@OriGummie AN-94 sucked? What kind of statement is that, completely baseless. Go watch Garand Thumb's video on it. Its an extraordinary rifle. For the sake of the game its way too rare of a gun though.

​@@OriGummieAEK-971 wasn't adopted and for that matter even lost to the AN-94 in the Akaban trials and never saw any service so no Sig definitely no AEK. AEK's A-545 successor has seen adoption and even usage in Ukraine though, and the game of Tarkov is set in the near future so the Sig Spear, which is supposed to have a 100k units delivered by 2028, isn't a far off choice at all.

Ive been using AK-12 with a drum this wipe, and lets say 4-man teams arent a problem anymore

I struggled with usec kills for friend from the West, until I made a 74u with a 95 round drum and ran ground zero I got it done in two raids 😂

1) The overhead blindfire un-ADS now makes noise. 2) If you bind the quick discard to CTRL+RMB, then you have a very easy time discarding your gear and equipping gear off of a dead body. No more RMB, then Discard. Saves you a lot of time in the long run in my experience

I bound discard to the thumb button on my mouse (mouse4). Binding it to ctrl+RMB interferes with the best possible vault and shoulder-swap binds: vault on CTRL (nothing with it) and shoulder swap on CTRL+RMB.

That's a smart bind, I have it on delete but I might do that as a second bind

I put it on the J key so I can reach it with my left hand but pretty much anything that lets you discard while hovering over is a massive improvement

Its all iv been using you can slap a few cheap attachments onto it and you can laser beam heads and if you need to mag dumb to can land the entire mag on the kneck and head, but im using a mussle break as it truly has no recoil that way.

Hi JDog, I'm enjoyed watching ur AK12 review, it's SLAPS those players so hard. My personal fav AK12 Built is 45 Rdr mag with unsuppressed layout, plus canned foregrip B25- Rk1 something like that for ergo n recoil balances, it's so satisfying to used over the traditional Ak74s🔥

Went on a 11 raid streak with this thing dropped a total of 7 pmc’s and was so surprised with how it felt with the new recoil I even put a tac 30 on it and could full auto it with ease loaded with BS and BP I only lost it after dying to a scab armor shot from 60 meters on shoreline 😂

Ive been liking the AK-12. I dont normally like AKs because of 600 rpm. 7 is real nice. Not tried it with the suppressor yet but will now. Having high ergo is nice but damn is it loud

Because i dont have access to the suppressor it gives me an excuse to run all the grenade launchers I've found, as combining them with a suppressor destroys ergo too much.

I know the AK-12 gets a lot of crap, but I think it’s a pretty neat gun. wish kits weren’t 8k though lol.

It's simply overshadowed by the best AK modification kits on the market, but it is a solid weapon if you don't compare it with the best that AK platform can get. When it was given to special units who can afford an expensive full upgrade kit, they disliked it, but it is generally liked by more ordinary troops

Only serious downside of ak 12 compared to 74 is removal of dovetail mount. It makes using optics hard because you need to put it on parts that you remove when cleaning, so you need to zero it again every time. Its just better to get 74 and kit it out yourself, market is full of attachments
