It is quite important. Logic is simple: gun takes significant part of your screen (hello SCAR-L/H), so it better look the way i like it. :-) And do not forget the old addage: You look good->you feel good->you play good.

I would argue Saiga-9 is worse than the stm, albeit a lot cheaper. Since people often run STM for the *drip* and just to be a non meta nuisance, Saiga isn't even used for that. Only times i used it and seen others use it is on scavs as an equivalent to a derringer

Pump actions would be better if blacked arms or legs were more of a detriment. Even off PKs blacked arms doesn't mean anything.

All my buddies yell at me EVERY session because they're triple cheeked up with gear and I'm enjoying myself with a break action shotgun and revolver. I still kill more than them half the time because forward scout clears the way and magnum FUCKS

This game has 0 end game goals that don't require hours of mindless grinding. So when Economy is wrecked, the raids really lose all value all together.

nikita gameplay cycle is to add 5 guns each whipe, 4 of wich are absolutelly trash and nobody will ever use, and one is god tier and will be nerfed into oblivion in the next patch.

i'll never understand why they even put so many pump shotguns in the game if they all completely suck. it's just disappointing.. they look cool as hell, but you're literally memeing if you use one

This was really sad for me, since I use the STM-9 and Stetchkin very frequently! I also use the MP5K for GPU runs on Ground Zero, as I always go cheap as possible for my kit for that lol. The only weapon I never use frequently is the RPK, but I used that for the night of the cult event pretty effectively haha.

I find creating loadouts is much more fun when I have to work with what I have rather than buying whatever I want.

It’s hilarious how much worse it is in PVE. You stick a water filter, a couple florescent bulbs and a military power filter in your case and you have 1.2-1.3M rubles even if you die. It’s become nutty.

I'm hoping the prestige system can address this issue. By the time i max traders I'm usually sitting on 30-40 million liquid and a stash value worth several times that, so then it becomes more of a "Do i go for kappa" or just play something else until the next wipe.

I generally agree with every point in this video but there is one thing which at least in my perception is missing... It has been like this since i play this game which is like 3 years now. Once we reach a state of late wipe and sometimes even mid-to-late wipe it feels like all you see are people fully kit out with meta weapons, insane ammo an sick armor. These days when a wipe hits, it feels like it only needs like 1-2 months until everything you see are people that are geared like chads and you die by chads or chadded squads. I feel like even after several adjustments to it, the availabillity of meta gear is still too easy because good players anyway won't have problems to make money and then buy the insane stuff from traders or the flea market. The feeling of being absolutely powerless ANYWAY as a bad player casual-ish player is what irks me the most. As much as this game is designed NOT to be this way but it feels like I NEVER have a fair chance.

My thought was always that they needed to replace bitcoin with TarCoin or something made up so the value of it can adjust based on requirements. On the most basic level it's value could fluctuate based on the amount of it in people's hideout. The more people horde the less it is worth so hording it for monetary value is discouraged naturally.

the PB is also a massively under used gun too, cheapest silenced pistol for pickin off scavs if youre running a loud bolt.

T5000 - besides what you mentioned, the biggest benefit for me imo is it's zeroed for m80, making longer range shots more accurate. Plus with and without a surpressor it sounds amazing. Additionally, because no one likes it and it doesnt need modding, you can pick em cheap

They need to add stuff like skins you can buy with ridicolous amounts of roubles. So the superrich are actually able "get rid off" their money. Sth kinda like the tracksuit, something special you maybe keep through wipes... just give players the reason and possibility to spend their money

Bitcoin aside, if they remove found in raid status for items found as a scav, it would make it a little bit harder to progress and finding those task items. I've always found scaving a little too easy, essentially removing the need to search for valuable items as PMC, although I loot to play, I dont play to loot.
