The sergeant was very professional and was smart enough to know that a camera is not a dangerous weapon, and as he knew he would end up on KZbin treated the whole thing with good grace and humour. However, my problem lies with the officers that approach with the attitude that you're in the wrong right from the outset, they are always aggressive and arrogantly talk down to you, and when I say you, I mean to all of us, they just haven't got the ability to just be nice, always that look in their faces that all they want to say to you is "you're nicked". The police must now be hated more than estate agents.

The Sergeant was excellent. He really took the time to listen. I think that it makes such a substantial difference when an Officer takes the time to properly introduce him or herself. I think that the Sergeant excelled in his ability to listen. He wasn't just giving stock phrases. The ability to communicate is obviously such a vital skill. For example, the Sergeant took the time to summarise what issues the auditor raised.

Nah . . . after being told about the offences (idling / on the phone / etc) he totally ignored all that - wasn't interested - and quickly changed the subject to whether PttP was allowed to be in the car park or not . . . and again a little later when PttP once again brought the conversation back to reporting the officer in the car for the offences the sergeant once again quickly switched the conversation back to where PttP was allowed to stand . . . to the point of being pedantic . . . attempting to get PttP to move 1 or 2 metres to a new position, really petty stuff, he might have been polite, well spoken and even friendly . . . but he was still needlessly petty and doing his very best to obfuscate the actual issue (the original officer in the car who was committing offences) . . . . which I think the sergeant did a pretty good job at as PttP was twice sidelined into talking about a secondary non-issue - it was classic psychological distraction, the issue was the wrong doing of a police officer - and the sergeant changed the conversation into the wrong doing of PttP, after which PttP put all his energies into defending / explaining why the sergeant was wrong (about trespass / etc).

Poor girls, they failed. Good that this young boy came for the rescue, he had knowledge about auditors/auditing and managed to save the day.

More Dangerous even than Delusions of Grandeur, are Illusions of Control. Again PTTP, another great Police Educational upload. Stay safe. Regards to you and your subscribers from the Midi Pyrénées🥂 Edit: No but I'll Invoice you for the Educational Time. 😂 👏

Without a doubt the best auditing channel I have seen. Some auditors are overly antagonistic just to provoke a response from the authorities and garner views. Your channel, on the other hand, is very measured in your responses, you clearly know the aspect of the law, are calm, and whilst being assertive you are also most eloquent in your ripostes. I will make a small donation for your good work now. Your videos are better than any mainstream Police docu-series for sure! Best regards Mark

'the police do a difficult job' so do members of the public but it doesn't give them immunity from being warned, harrassed and fined all the time!? kind regards.

They don't give 2 hoots about being fined the taxpayer pays them.

why can't we have more coppers like that sergeant? legend

The Seargant gets a Pass from me, he genuinely cares what the public think, an knows his stuff, he just needs to pass that knowledge down to the p.c's Police paranoia is at an all time high, an I'm sure they are under a lot of stress. But a lot of them have stinking attitudes towards the public, an most I've seen are on power trips. However their are lots of good police like this Seargant. We just need more like him. I'm sure he will be briefing all in his station because he wants an A + 😂

To the Sgt, thank you, you give us hope that there are a few sensible, rational, non story telling "for your health and my concerns" coppers left.

Fair play - the Sargent was a top bloke. Been binging on your videos all afternoon… first officer I’ve seen who actually appears to know the law he’s upholding and as a bonus, polite.

The female PC is just how the police act. It's almost like it's performance related pay, the more they book civilians the better for then but other PC's don't get a point!

And we pay for this..who do they think they are...they actually think they can order anyone about, because they do not like it...the petulance of these clowns is astonishing

Top notch Sergeant. Btw, you are now the best auditor in the U.K. I much prefer your audits to the likes of AB etc👍

Why do the female officers always act like Karen's hopefully the sargent puts them straight so disgraceful that they don't know the law the female officer was to busy to take your complaint about that disgraceful officer but not to busy to come and make demands and orders on you there attitude is much to be desired Great work at making them accountable first class audit

There are two issues the failure to deal with the officer for breaking the law but a public right of way refers to vehicles and pedestrians you should know this

First move by DS Charming is to try to gain control of the situation by asking the Auditor to move to an area of his designation. ASSERT YOUR AUTHORITY AND TAKE COMMAND OF THE SITUATION, a classic subtle move! Get em obeying your directives!

in a few more years i can see the Sargent being chief insep. if he keeps up this good work well done him if only all coppers were like him what a great police service we would have
@dahdidah85532 жыл бұрын
Now here is the thing.... try reporting something to the police. More than probably, they would tell you its civil, not a police matter and do nothing, however, (trespass) notice how fast their record changes and are able and extremely eager to deal with civil matters!
