Wow…who would have known Jason’s story! All I know is he has poured his heart out in all the training I’ve seen online. Nothing held back. Like a lot of people, I think this business of detailing has a way of creeping on you and taking on a life of its own. I just wanted clean cars to drive Uber in my retirement. Like the people who did the work but not the results. Not dissimilar to your quest for better products. Next thing, I doing friends and neighbors cars , but when I got a call to work on a Maserati, I’m thinking it’s time for insurance. But from that first quest for knowledge, I happen accept the ATA 100 and 200 series. Then I watch a few pros doing exceptional nice cars and absolutely flawless work. Each one helps up the game. Just with the first 2 podcasts in this series, it’s validation that my instincts on “who” to trust have been correct. 🙌

I want to give both of you a very personal Thank You. The podcast was truly touching hearing Jason's story. After 30 yrs in corporate America in the information security space, (and hating the last 10 of it), I have decided to make the jump, leave the corporate world, open my own detailing business and pursue my passion of detailing vehicles. As you talked about in the pod, I have consumed about everything I can from both of you in an attempt to learn and be prepared for whatever may come. Even rented a few vehicles (disaster cases) to practice on. But a bit of feedback, about the in person training, IMHO, I think what some might be looking for is validation. I know we should have the confidence to trust our own eyes, and trust our results, but sometimes that in-person feedback is exactly what we need to make the next big jump in our progression. That validation coming from either of you would mean the world to me. It builds instant confidence. Keep em coming......

People like me want in person training from people like you (Larry), Jason and Kevin because of the caliber of people you are. Jason mentioned “celebrity trainers”. I don’t see you guys as celebrities. I see the three of you as people I would truly enjoy hanging out with and learning from. Jason, your “story” was truly amazing. A lot of people see guys in positions like yours and think it has all been spoon fed gravy. Hearing how you “came up” explains your class and character. I love this podcast. Of course I have watched and learned from the technical videos over the years, but this kind of stuff is gold. This episode and the one with Kevin show why Larry, Kevin and Jason are the kinds of people that I would want to train in person with even after all of the technical videos. 💯

Woow thanks Larry and for this podcast please. What jason is saying is right we detailer here in dubai sometimes we face a very huge challenge about some business owner know nothing about detailing. Its only here in uae where the owner hires team leader or manager for who totally ignorant about detailing and they make him to be the head of department just because he speaks the language with the owner,HR Manager😢. Language i barrier is also problem here etc. Only few detailer who passionate for job we are the one seeking for knowledge from guys. Thanks so much Larry, jason,kb for your knowledge. I didn't know about detailing but l kept on watching yours videos and it changed my life. Now l can earn a living bro Respect l salute you

Teared up a bit from that story. I lost all my detailing stuff too and ended up homeless. I have no way to get back rolling again, on disiability. So I can tottally relate to this. I agree detailing is a passion. Thanks for sharing.

@ammonycstudio, this podcast is amazing! These two first podcasts are setting the bar so high and I can’t wait to see what’s next. I’ve watched all your videos and have learned how to polish from them, and most of the equipment I have was either purchased from you or Kevin. Given the chance, I would still want to learn from any of you three in person. The reason? So I can ask questions, be explained to what I’m doing wrong, and become a better detailer. For me it would be the chance to ask questions in person, more than anything, and that’s what we can’t get from watching online. Still hoping to get that chance someday. All the best in Australia!
