Those aren't crab legs, the bag clearly says "imitation crab," so it's basically the least salable catch that they bring in, ground up into a fine paste, mixed with a binding agent, rolled out into thin sheets and then the sheets are rolled up into cylinders and and the cylinders are airbrushed with red food coloring only on one side.

First time on this channel and first time seeing this woman's...food. I love food, cooking and eating! There are some meals that are comforting either because of being filling when I haven't had much money (pasta, tonnes of butter and shredded cheese, and salt!) OR comforting because delicious, filling and cheap (red lentils, bag of frozen mixed vegies, curry powder). But I wouldn't video myself promoting these meals. Not sure if anyone had already told you this. But the ‘Crab Legs’ that she uses are not technically really made out of crab. They are actually Called Surumi I think? Because I think real Crab is super expensive, this is what they use. When you think of Subway sandwiches, quick Crab Leg Salads, Nigiri Crab leg Sushi and Hot pots, this is what they have in them. Well, they might have a little percentage of Crab mixed into them. But it’s mostly a ‘Fish Cake’ if anything. think like, those swirly fish cakes you traditionally find in ramen dishes that’s kind of the consistency and similar flavour.
