It’s unplayable. I practice in my court and make 8/10 3-point shots on rec difficulty. I play rec and get major lag and make 1/6 wide open 3 pointers. This lag is crazy. I had high hopes for this years 2k. Sad face.

"IF" You are using Rhythm Shooting - the timing can be excellent BUT if the tempo is too fast or too slow you Will miss the shot. The tempo speed and release timing (both) have to have good timing when using Rhythm Shooting

Listen Forget Shooting, we need to be speaking on the fact that ppl with No bailout or Bronze bailout are going up with terrible takes and Throwing lasers out to the 3 point line consistently. We also need to speak on why the level 40 reward is irrelevant, there is no badge regression meaning by the time you hit level 40 unless you make a new build you can’t even use the reward. It should be a permanent Max+ At 40 or take that out the game and just give us something else

You don't have to have the perfect release for layups... it's definitely an algorithm.... I make a ton of layup on my PG... issue is.. sometimes, I'll randomly throw the ball at the rim on attempts

That's not the same as rhythm shooting. that's just the shot stick, which has been in the game forever. rhythm shooting is a new mechanic this year that relies on both release timing AND tempo. If you're not seeing those two things pop up you're not rhythm shooting.

All 2k has to do is implement an algorithm that detects the same timing for a jump shot consistently , pc games do this to detect outside software . A zen or titan even when missing these devices input timing consistently would be unhuman down to the same millisecond .
