Kenny, one down year doesnt mean theyre done progressing, players can still go up in overall the year after a regression, Theres 3 different possibilities when you go to player progression. Bust, Normal, and a third i cant rememeber, whatever they call the big jumps (3-6 overall), every player has a tendency rating for their chance at each type of progression that you can see when you edit their vitals.
