Refuse mean that decision on the vary case is not decided rather it is on hold. The agony on 221g is it can take time depending on the case, moreover if embassy email you to provide further information then case can get prolonged a lot. Good news is that on 221g mostly visa is issued but can take time.

mujhe 221(g) white paper mila tha lakin usmei jo link tha aur QR code tha usper sirf documnets upload karne the jo mei ne kardiye. Es k elawa koi 5535 form nahi tha jo ap ne bataya. ab kia karein?

Sir mojha White paper he Mila tha I'm benefitury k1 visa catagory. Mera interview Islamabad main hua tha September 2021 main after interview 221G Mila tha officer na joint sponsor form required kiya tha..Maina required documents submitted kiya tha 15 months ago.. then embassy nay mojha KAha k apk case administrative processing main hai ab Dec 01 ko Mera satuts change hua refuse to Return to NVC. Aur embassy nay mojha without any reason sab decumant return kiya with passport. So white paper pay visa Mila ga yeh 100% kase ko nhi pata... Aur DS 5535 Aik different way hai clearance k yeha Pakistan main log 20 months say waiting pay Hain DS5535 pay... So no body no about that's administrative processing 221G...

Um I got white paper stating I'm approved congratulations on my k1 visa on Sept 19 2023 this year its been over 12 working days by now but status on ceac shows refuse is it a positive sign or negative? 😶🙄😕
