How is it affordable when the Housing Levy takes 1.5% from people's salaries, and people have to pay for it. Where is the money going. The units cost 840,000 for a bedsitter, and up to 5.6 million. Where is the housing Levy money going, as you can already buy units for that much in Kenya. I can buy a better house for cheaper that what they are offering already in Kenya. Someone is getting hustled. I am using the word hustle in the context of "To Hustle" meaning "To Swindle" as defined by Miriam Webster
