Whoa! The floor covering in the dining room (about 0:12-0:49)! I sew quilts for the bed and as wall art. The color pattern of the floor covering is a variation of the Log Cabin quilt block called Half Log Cabin. How lovely to see that quilt pattern woven into a beautiful floor covering.

Seeing your dad and how calm he is it's easy to see where you get your disposition. You're always calm and jovial and basically the spitting image of your father. He's funny because he doesn't take himself seriously. Your Dad has made a very nice spot for fishing enthusiasts when the season arrives. So glad he is on the mend and I hope your mother is progressing well too.
