Saw the follow up. Glad you got it off. I was going to recommend a Dremel to shave the edge until you just see the threads

We weld a much larger bolt over top of the old nut. Truck bed bolts strip out all the time. Just make sure you don’t weld to the stud and have an impact ready so you can use the heat to your advantage. Good luck

Heat it up a little bit? Also probably good to verify which direction it rotates off... I don't know if you have a welder but sometimes you can weld a nut over it

@xephael3485 I got it. It's regular threads/direction. I ground it down all around to where only 1 or 2 mm thick then it broke lose with pliers. Yeah thought about getting induction heater out. Or welding something to it

I tried grinding flat spots on each side to put a wrench. But this nut is melted on the shaft

Get something solid under it. Air chisel a notch, then angle the chisel the direction it unscrews and give it hell. Probaby need to clamp some vise grips on the blade to keep it from turning. That machine looks new. Dude must have a lot of gravel.😮
