hi Matthew ,big fan of your Volgs ,but im heading back into winter training and not really sure what to eat before the long 15k rows to keep myself fuled and the energy level's up ?

Mark English Hi Mark. Thanks for the support. 15k sessions you'll burn between 500-600 calories depending on your body weight, intensity level and so on. I'd suggest to keep it simple. Big bowl of porridge with a banana and some honey would do it for me. If you really struggle, there's no harm taking a cereal bar out in the boat with you. Hope this helps 👍
