So the first session would be weights, second 12k steady, what would you typically do the third? More steady or speed work?

It depends which day of the week it was but as that second session was short then I'd assume it included some pieces or resistance work. Third would have been a longer ergo I think but just steady.

Thanks for this video - it made me feel better about my diet. 😀 I use the training as a licence to eat whatever I fancy (almost😀), so if it’s good enough for world champion, it’s certainly good enough for me. Oh and I eat peanut butter totally naked - not even with toast, but will give it a go with butter too. It’s also nice on an apple or banana.

1) Naked with the peanut butter. 2) How long does it take to consume 6,000+ calories? For instance, I eat pretty quickly and if I'm physically eating/chewing for more than like 15 minutes, I think, "Am I STILL eating?" 3) Did you enjoy the meals? You didn't mention how they made you feel. 4) Tell me about the hair. Are you just letting it grow? Spot cutting?

Not putting butter with your peanut butter is an easy way to miss calories! For me, eating clean calories is easier and more satisfying than dirty. The hair is slowly growing out of control..

whats your sleep schedule like during lockdown and how many hours do you aim to get per night?

I'm definitely getting more now than I did pre lockdown because I don't have to drive anywhere or train at a set time. Probably averaging 8hours a night?
