(frequently asked for) mods visible in the video: Neko Lost + Tainted Lost, "The Beast but it's my dad" mod, Specialist Dance, Dogma Brimstone Lasers, Damage Multiplier Stat, and "Regret Pedestals" (this is the one that shows you the blind item you didn't take). AND the time machine mod (the one that makes the beggar donations go faster). AND the unintrustive pause menu mod.
Look for a pause screen if you want the seed, I'm too lazy to put it here lol
Legit one of my most satisfying tainted lost runs to date... early ghost pepper has such HUGE POTENTIAL, especially when combined with perfection (which gives you a 50% chance of blue fire tears at 10 luck). It's amazing how a quick spindown dice reroll in the end changed everything... with a surprise appearance from soy milk and godhead somewhere in the video; And I'm totally not mentioning these items in the description just for keywords or anything, why would I ever do that? This paragraph is also ABSOLUTELY not copied from another one of my videos but with certain words changed to make sense in the context of this video, that would just be silly.

I think Dreamcatcher was showing different items since those are the items on the seed, but TLost’s passive item rerolling was changing them to something else.

No, this is a bug with more options on alternative stages, tlost passive has nothing to do with it

Most items in the game don't synergize with rock bottom, so it's Q7 if you get lucky (which binding of Isaac is not known for) but most of the time rock bottom is overrated

About the lie of the Dream Catcher. This is due to a bug with the gold More Options, because the treasure room is generated every time you enter it, which is why predictions are wrong.

Lavencas, I think the reason dreamcatcher is lying to you is because t lost has a passive reroll option that takes effect when entering the room, so dreamcatcher just isnt telling you the rerolled item but what it used to be. I may be wrong

Its not that dream catcher is lying, it's because tainted lost passive that rerolls certain items when you enter the room, the items you see are the ones that are generated from the seed BEFORE they get rerolled

If going for perfection, always do the third stage boss first, so you can get the 10 luck room rewards in the mirror world. You want to maximize the rooms you go to after getting perfection
