I'm scrooge because all I could think was what a waste of money. All that packaging will end up in the bin somewhere. Glitter is plastic as well. So every time you use it and then wash your hands it goes down the sink and into the rivers and seas and fish and sea life have been found to have glitter in their system. BAH HUM BUG

You can buy those red, tube wrapping paper cutter, it works like a charm and it's super easy to use, it cost around £2:50. I got mine from Trago Mills. Well worth buying. As for that wrapping job, I wouldn't want to unwrap anything given to me in that gorgeous wrapping style. It looks too good to unwrap.

I love wrapping... My friends pay me to wrap their gifts ... The bows and colors always match. I do have like 50 different rolls of paper and 2 empty tubes that I slid all my ribbons on to make it easier. No presents look the same and I really enjoy doing it

The cutting thing has a diagonal slit at the bottom with a razor it. You slide it along the wrapping paper, and it slices it nicely as long as the paper is snug at both ends. The one i have you can change the razor once you notice it's not cutting the paper or ripping it.
