Most contracts have a huge penalty, if the parent/management, failed to include they would not allow any form of child exploitation. My main concern is the backlash/trauma these poor children may experience. :(

Even so the minute you see a child dressed like that. In that situation I wouldn't have taken a picture of that. It's absolutely disgusting. Any normal human being would look at that picture either through a lens or the picture itself and say it's just not right and I would have walked! If you used to taking pictures of children playing with their favorite toys, a doll or a truck and you walk in and see them dressed in bondage with wine glasses and legal confirmation to God knows what , that should have made you walk . I get it's his way of making a living and is I'm assuming a reputable photographer and the pay I'm sure is great.
