This is such a delicious apple pie with apples, cottage cheese and berries that it melts in your mouth.
And I make it without any mixer.
Preheat oven to 410 F° and bake at 365 F° Top/bottom for 45 minutes. I baked in a 28 cm diameter baking pan.
Ingredients:
4-5 apples
1 glass of flour and semolina mixture in a 1:1 ratio
3 eggs
180 grams of curd
100 ml of milk
100 grams of oil
100 grams of frozen or fresh berries
1/2 cup of sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 lemon juice
1 teaspoon of baking powder
50 grams of butter (to grease the baking dish)
Powdered sugar
