Check sign a contract from 2015 to do the highway from HARBOUR VIEW TO PORT ANTONIO AND they dismantled the 4 LANE HIGHWAY and doing road IMPROVEMENT, that road should've been finished from 2018 =2019 ROBBRY TO THE ST THOMAS PEOPLE just because them illiterate

Am watching the video and was wondering what he was talking about. First thing the car drivers don't obey road rules essentially in construction areas. The truck supposed to be allowed to pass through . Truck driving is Total different world. I could go on and on about this regardless of the road.
