This is TERRIBLE PMP Advice - Never Escalate, Never Close

Completely agree I successfully completed my PMP exam in early January and there was definitely 1 question where closure was the most accurate option. Also thank you for these videos as they helped me so much in the exam.

Never say never. Having passed the test last week, out of 180 question, there was only 1 that required closing and 1 that required escalate. 99% of the time, choosing close or or escalate was wrong, since there were better options. The device is too extreme, but it is understandable. Just like saying, never chose firing or delegating your responsibility, again, the word NEVER. It might be best to say, let that not be your first choice. To choose, close, escalate, fire, delegate, your other choices are obviously really bad ; they should be so bad, that if you get that question wrong, you probably needed better preparation to take the test.
