To get that "jump off the line," induction motors are best, since they can produce full torque at 0 rpm. PM motors cannot produce full torque until they get to 5-10 rpm. At a standstill they can only use one of their three stator windings. Induction motors can use all three windings at 0 rpm since the stator magnetic field can be asyncronous with the rotor orientation.

I find the best way to test a stability system is to drive at any speed over 10mph and make a hard u turn. The car will go mushy and usually cut back the throttle, as compared to the exact same turn with stability off. Which can be a negative if you need to make a hard fast turn or start. And always, a disturbing feel as it changes your turn. No tire burns needed, just a hard turn.

So this is much to do about nothing as there are no more secrets, and with the latest supreme court ruling taking away a woman's right to have control over her body opening the door to where the government can no longer be restricted from going, and asking anyone to reveal under punishment of law their most private intimate details on their pregnancy, and to empower private citizens to sue anyone that helps a woman to take care of their healthcare needs, this radical court has not only undermined our a basic freedoms and protections under the Constitution, but they have giving voice to these Republican controlled states like Texas, Mississippi, Tennessee, Georgia, and Florida. So the US has now joined the authoritarian dictatorships in places like Russia, China and North Korea and all the other dictatorships around the world where they can do anything to you and you can't do nothing about it, because we just allowed the Supreme Court that is not so supreme to basically make decisions for all the rest of us, 5 judges who has jobs for life and they have determined that under their decisions our Rights that supposed to be guaranteed under the Constitution that no State government need to respect. So they have undermined the basic tenants of the Constitution and overstepped their authority just like they did in 2000 where they intervened in a political struggle that allowed George W. Bush to win the presidency and now because they have gutted the pre-clearance provisions of the “voting rights act” and taken away a woman's right to choose should she decide to terminate a pregnancy, what else is left? So there are no more secrets and the US is no longer the leader of the free world, as we’re now just another totalitarian state and the people have been robbed of every protection that's so many folks have fought and died for over the years, and we have an insurrectionist twice impeached disgraced X president still not under arrest for leading an angry, seditionist, insurrectionist, mob in attacking the very government he swore an oath to protect and he’s still out there selling his big lie that the election he lost, was stolen.

Handing Kyle a car, keys and no rules... what can go wrong? 😀 great review. Development reminds me of Japanese cars in my youth and Koreans in the 90s. Both were laughed at and looked down upon in Germany when it started, then eventually Toyota became the standard for build quality (though they seem to go down in last yrs). Hyundai was considered to produce super cheap ugly cars until the i20 and i30 came and now they are with Kia in the forefront of EV design and standards with Ioniq (old and 5) and EV6. that is always the same because people love what they know and are traditional (change is hated by most, I made a TED talk magic of change in 2019 where I showed the reasons), so needs time.
