Great video man 🎶 I’ve Had my Bassbreaker 15 for around a year now, It sounded so good on the reviews that I had to get one. I feel like it’s one of those rare amps that sounds like it does on the demos. The Andertons demo video shows it off brilliantly too! The gain structure feature is absolutely brilliant, gives much more range to most its competitors in this size valve/tube combo size. But the main thing that sold me is the super smooth drive sounds that have just a sprinkle of Marshall type edge on top. So between it’s low and high gain sounds, I find it can do both a darker Marshall sound and a Fender bluesy type sounds. I don’t even use any pedals as it sounds exactly like what I want for a home use amp as it is! I got a little tired of the whole ‘tube amp that requires a pedalboard’ just to make it sing at home!

This amp sounds way better than the tin can blues jr.

I much prefer my Fender 400PS. It can do everything the Bassbreaker do, but can also be turned up loud enough to warrant a military response. (435 watts RMS all tube, 6 6550 power tubes!) And with a solid 90 pound weight just for the head, people don't generally steal them unless they've been working out a lot!

Does yours squeal uncontrollably when you have the master up high and the gain on the high setting? I have the FSR Gunmetal version with the M-65 Creamback paired with the Bassbreaker 2x12 cabinet. I run it with just the cab going. I’m thinking of selling the pair and putting the money towards a high end amp like a Dr. Z or Fender’s 64 Custom Deluxe Reverb.

I have this amp and the 30r and love them both. However based on how the Bassbreaker series flopped overall as well as their reputation for being non-repairable (knock on wood no issues with mine yet) to position this as an at home amp for “most people” might be a stretch. I’d put the Blues Junior in that category

No so much. Had the head for a year and never really loved it. Traded it in towards a boogie and often forget i owned it because it left so little impresion. Seemed cool ay first, but missing something in its sound that left me unsatisfied.
