As a bigger guy trying to lose weight, I'm tempted to buy a treadmill, at the moment I'm looking at BLACK LORD Treadmill Electric Auto Incline Home Gym Exercise Run Machine EXP32 and this one seems pretty good.

How comfortable is it to use barefoot? Does the belt get hot after a while?

The belt doesn’t seem to get too hot, it does a bit after around 20mins of walking or 10 of running but not too bad .

Why you running backward all times

It’s easier on your knees, I usually see old people jogging backwards around a park near me
