Huge props to Mia Sinclair Jenness who voices Powder. She was literally 10 YEARS OLD and recorded some amazing voice over work. Idk how a 10 year old can pull off Powders absolute despair at the end of this episode.

What a horrible way for two loving sisters to become separated! Absolutely gutted at the end of this episode, so much tragedy, so many wonderful characters lost. : ( Vander was definitely one of my favourites. He reminded me of my Dad, who was also strong but gentle & kind. Another great reaction & review! .....so were you able to sleep much?.....probably not.

I miss the time when I watched this episode for the first time and I had the whole series ahead of me. I watched all your reactions and I loved them. Wish I could watch this show again for the first time..but I guess to move forward we gotta leave a few things behind 😢

👍👍 Not sure if you know, since all episodes are already out, but they came out in acts of 3 episodes each. One act per week so a season airs within 3 weeks. Each act has an internal narrative structure of its own, so it's ideal to watch the show 3 episodes at a time (it's like a 2 hour movie each time). Same thing for S2

The one thing that kind of confuses me about the last scene is how Silco acts like he doesn't know Powder. He calls her "little girl" instead of Powder, for example, but I thought it was established in season 2 that Silco and Vander were around her and Vi as little kids. At least that's what I assumed from flashbacks.

a lot of s2’s writing contradicts character arcs/relationships that were established in s1 and this is an example imo. but the only way that scene would make sense with the context we are given in s2, is if silco and vander went on opposite sides before powder was born and silco ended up never meeting her. but that still doesn’t make sense because the final straw for vander trying to kill silco was felicia dying so technically that means silco should know powder??? idk the timeline doesn’t really make sense anymore lmaooo

he does call her little girl but he says where is your sister soon after, he just said little girl instead of her name for some reason but he definitely knows who she is.
