I mean this can sound maybe stupid but you never know when you'll be running low on resources while fighting (has happened to me twice so, also using fireworks can be a distraction because of the fire and a somehow useful treason trick)

If ur pulling up on a ship and they aren’t prepared to move away from u, fire a flare at their cannons. It hovers when it makes contact so they can’t fire back at u
