If you’re on ucp you can farm monstrous or whatever his name is for it😊 the very first fast travel Is the fastest farm for it

Guess somehow was lucky on my first time doin the game (and DLCs) as Salvador I got both Flakker en Conference Call in the same drop only problem was it was in normal mode so wouldn't be able to keep em for long
