have you tried the yamaha jr2s? it has a solid spruce top. does the apxt2 sounds better than the jr2s? they both have the same size. i am considering buying either one of the two . pls help me decide.

I've actually played both, and they do sound similar. However, I think the APXT2 has many more benefits, if I'm honest. The C-shape of the body is helpful for playing higher notes, it has a pickup that sounds really good, and the built-in tuner is also a huge plus. The price difference isn't that big, plus I believe the APXT2 has more color options.

Can you tell me what the measurements of the body thickness is? Is it more than 2 inches thick? It sounds good

Sorry for the late reply, it is about 4 fingers, so about 2.6 inches approximately.
