It's absolutely crazy to me that you guys share this knowledge for free, I can't believe I've never heard a single fitness influencer talk about you guys. Seriously, i hope your team knows how incredibly revolutionizing this show is. Also, I heard Adam bring up Alex Hormozi once on the podcast a while back i think, i'd die to see a business related episode with him. Btw, I've never commented before, so it would be awesome to win a program on my first try..

The content that you guys put out is amazing but it really starts to click even more once you pick up one of your programs... I've been listening to the show for a few months now and have learned a lot... but once I bought a bundle and actually started one of the programs everything you guys talk about has meaning now and makes way more sense! Buying the program was the missing piece of the puzzle that I needed! The changes that I'm seeing in my physique already from running your program makes it all worth it! 👊

As a listener of you guys for over a year now, my husband owns at least two programs, I’ve tried to do Anabolic 3-5 times now but I have three chronic illnesses flared up bad preventing my progress. Well, in the last few months since the prescription meds I get from the doctor make me worse, I’ve been using what I call, MPing it and Trigger sessions my way to heal my chronic migraines and other shit going on. Anyways sometimes I do 4 trigger sessions a day, over 10,000 steps and maybe even a small workout, but most days I do barely anything but I AT LEAST do something even if it’s touching my toes as a trigger sessions. I have to say, I’m seeing the most progress recently then I have in years and that’s the main thing to change. Oh and from listening, I stopped being vegetarian and eat meat again. I’m sorry peta please leave me alone I’ve seen the videos already. Anyways I am rambling to say I can attest to this method works! Especially the one about a small amount of work can make a difference as long as the key ingredient is consistently.

But just recently before my break is when I took my dieting serious and supplementation as well. I’ve been consistent with my leg workout but I’m nervous to start my upper body training after pt. Also per your suggestions, I have swallowed my ego and reduced my total training weight while increasing my reps. I will do this for 30 days I think and then go back to my normal weights. Nutrition information that doctors have given me are so far off of current research. The diet that I was told to follow (pre getting my overall health back on track) was basically no fats, no avocado, no eggs etc. It looked awful, so I dove back into the fitness nutrition space, and have stuck to a healthy lifestyle not just a crash diet. This podcast has been extremely helpful in keeping a good mindset around food and exercise 👌

Thanks so much for this guys Adam especially. I’ve just started training my girl and I’m relatively new to personal training and she has been wanting to lose so I order to get her there I had her switch her diet up to more calories and trying to get her to workout. Long story short she had tried on some clothes and they didn’t fit and she stopped doing the diet and that made me think okay let’s just start cutting calories next week and just go from there. This just recentered me and we are gonna stay the course of building muscle and sticking to the diet. Thanks 🙏🏾

When you have a really successful recomp phase and get to a situation where you are really thin but still get stronger shouldn't there be a point where the body doesn't want to give up more bodyfat and you get forced to eat like 4k of calories. i'm struggling to keep bodyfat while eating around 3k already. Scale hasn't changed at all in the past month while body did. And have you have clients that just burned/worked way better on high carb or high fat diets? like getting weight on 1.5k calories on one diet while maintaining or even loosing weight on the other?

Worst thing about listening to MP for years is that every other fitness advice you hear and even being coached in group classes all I want to say out loud is “y’all are dead ass wrong” go listen to episode X from MP podcast.
