Can the arm guards be removed? So that the pipes are exposed like the traditional Rodimus

Yes they can be! It shows the pipes exposed on the forearms, fully painted. You will have a tiny black ball joint sticking out the arm though. It’s not much of an eye sore, but it’s noticeable.
