Same, I'm a disabled stay at home Dad/streamer and just like clockwork every day I'll drop the kids off at school, get back home, stream for a few hours, fix some lunch, kick back and just eat while I watch a Jev video. Jev, I believe you feel that you are not present most of the time because you're always zoned into the game and you don't let your brain have a break. Exercising whether it's body weight, or strength training in the gym can help with that.
