Hey +cosmoknowledge you said that stars closer to black hole move faster than those at the edges, but some other channels like veritasium say that all stars move at the same speed and it could be due to the presence of dark matter or something else.

Well, objects may gain more speed when they pass close to massive objects due to gravitational forces.

Can you please explain the second fact. Why is it 100,000 years exactly or like how was it derived to be 100,0000 and at 5:30, why does the quasar create this line of light along that specific direction only and why is it extending beyond as shown in the video. Thanks in advance and i really love your videos.

That 100,000 was just a guess to make it interesting that we can actually look very far away. As for the quasar, they always shoot jets from their poles. Why they do that is still debatable, but it could be due to the magnetic fields which might be weaker at the poles so that energy particles would preferentially escape in that direction. For a little context, S471a orbits nearly as close to Sagittarius A* as Jupiter does to the Sun. Jupiter ~ 1.4 billion km S471a ~ 1.9 billion km

S 62 also fits this bill it's orbit doesn't take it out as far as 4714 oops.. I see you have included 62 in your vid.. never mind! Hey was that you I saw on titan the other day.. I should have gone by and said hi.. But the fam. was in a hurry to see the methane bubbles burst in the upper atmosphere so I couldn't stop.. next time eh?....... Man I would just love to get a peak inside a black hole.. They are one of the most mysterious and cool things out there.. Well carry on brother..

Good point. Well, time is relative, the star might age a bit slower compared to another star, but in reality, the star is fusing hydrogen the same way every star does, depending on the size. Thank you for appreciating the video! 😍✌
