Hey just so you know there’s a game called Fran bow that is set in the same universe as misfortune. Fran Bow goes into more detail about the ultra reality as well as the five realities. Also kinda f up in the same way as misfortune.

@@enriquecaceres1814 To be fair, Fran Bow is more effed up than Misfortune; there's very VERY little light moments in Fran Bow compared to Misfortune. Misfortune has more dark humor and Misfortune (character) is so precious. Fran Bow is straight up misery and the character herself is uh... she's not unlovable but she's really effed up. Not her fault of course! She's incredibly tragic and traumatized. It's quite hard to pinpoint her character completely. Perhaps I need to look into her character again; Misfortune has most of my attention. 😅

A lot of the stuff that you walk by after Benjamin takes you through the portal after you find out you’re dead is referencing one of this studio’s other games, Fran Bow. Much, much longer, but also excellent and has a similar vibe, if not darker themes, believe it or not.

She was allready dead in the whole beginning of the game. And something else... the Game allready looped at least once! Benjamin told in his dairy: Parasite is doing it again and again. Like he had to do it again and againn to rescue her at least. Because of Misfortune told Morgo everytime again she doesn't want that eternal happiness anymore he did it again... and again... and again... Mr Voice told he was seeing her "eating glitter" but at no point of the game we*ve see her eating glitter... but she does. Her vomit was sparkling but we didn't see her sucking her bottle full of glitter. She wrote in her dairy about Hiro, her japanese Ghostfriend and was able to repeat the stuff he said in the "later" part of the game. She told on the boat from phantasmagoria to Benjamins house what Hiro said and Morgo was about to learn about the whole envirorment inclouding foreignen languages like japanese... So Hiros soul had to die in the last round. BTW! The first child-soul Benjamin rescued was no-one else like the Puppy in the beginning. Because Morgo created a "alternate" reality, called pandora, he was able to make Ramirez (Misfortune) believe the world was still turnin' normaly. The truth: Her Mother was drunk because her Daughter was dead. She didn't recordnized her. The Father was in charge for the deadly accident to his daughter. (He was inside the ambulance) After Ramirez drunk the tea of Benji, with a special ingredient, she remembered dinner with her Mom and a "Warning-Puppet" In the beginning when she said: "Daddy actually said hi to me!" Was the moment she was driven to death by her father who tried to wake her. "HEY!" The Time didn't moved forward. No matter how long you're outside the time is just the time from your computer... not the Ingame one.
