I’m impressed with both Chloe’s and Eric’s ability to sincerely compliment each other. Many seem to lack this skill and tend to do general compliments that come off as not sincere. Also, the honest feedback coming from place of caring is great. If people strived to improve in both of these skill sets, much of unnecessary conflict would be resolved.
