cons: lack of sidewalks , no streetlights, people's attitudes towards you if you don't conform to their ideal projection of wealth, you have to drive 4-5 miles to get to the one supermarket, lack of shopping options, no camaraderie among neighbors, must use their expensive, borough approved contractors when you want to get your house up to code when you sell it. Some people who live there see the lack of sidewalks and bus service as a benefit, I personally don't. Having lived there, I think i is overrated.
