I won the Europa League with Jagiellonia Bialystok in a 3 player save i'm doing currently. Beat Juventus in the semis and Newcastle Utd in the final. Made the Quarters of the Champions League the season after before moving on to a new job at Tottenham. But not before winning 6 straight Ekstraklasa.

Hello from sunny Uzbekistan) if you really love hard and interesting challenges in FM, take that: Easy challenge: take two clubs from League One and promote to the Premier League, but your first club HAVE TO stay in PL while you in second team. Medium challenge: Three clubs from League One, first two clubs HAVE TO stay in PL. Hard challenge: Three clubs from League Two, first two clubs HAVE TO stay in PL. Impossible challenge: TEN clubs from Championship, other conditions you know) For EVERY challenge: a single relegation with any former team, you’re lost.

Honestly felt too easy with the two English players who are Premier League quality, it felt like you were cheating yourself out of the challenge and I would personally like to see this challenge achieved with foreign player limits, because I find it kinda silly to field an entire foreign team in any league, like I would say at least 4 players on the pitch need to be the nationality of the league you are playing in if no foreign limits exist. Because of course you'll win if you hire 10 South American players in your league especially for lower tier leagues. I actually tend to find the best way to play low tier is to develop your own players locally and then use the foreign player slots to add tiny upgrades to certain positions and let your of nationality players be the best players in the team. I actually prefer the foreign players be impact subs or starters who aren't the best players while I help develop a key Bhutanese or Australian player in that position.

FM carrer challenge suggestion: choose any club from an island e.g ibiza or las palmas, and in the carrer mode you are only allowed to sign players born on islands like the uk, australia or any Caribbean countries.
