Two notes: 1. You said it was 30HP/s in the title, but 26 HP/s in the video! True, but *in practice*, you regen about +30 HP/s due to the massively boosted natural regen it also gives you compared to normal. It’s nice rounding. 2. My smoothbrain said it beats everything else by a factor of 6.5. I forgot about max life nebulas, which are 9HP/sec, so they only beat that by almost 3x.

specifics of how the draining works is about the DoT applied to enemies (5 dps DoT) which also causes the particles some enemies are immune to the debuff but still get main weapon damage (best examples being destroyer and possessed armor) so no matter how many of them you do attack you won't get extra healing from them
