My friend is also travelling the world. They have their bag and their guitar and off they went. They also DJ, so they find work doing DJing while in clubs in Thailand, etc. That's how he makes some of his $$ while travelling and also does it on the cheap. He offers house sitting/pet sitting while he travels too in return for free rent/free places to stay as he travels. He's having the time of his life. He did this when a 12 year relationship ended and his mother passed away and hasn't looked back. So goodbye and good luck to Callum and yourself xx

I watched your announcement so I do realise how moving has affected you, to the extent that a video can allow me to, but I wanted to let you know how this vlog helps me. I would love to have some more space for myself, I'm almost 30 and I have to live with my family at the moment, while I wish for some independence to arrange and live in a space of my own, as I've almost never had the chance to do so: you allow me to fantasise about having to decide where to put my stuff and having a couple of days dedicated to creating new rooms with the stuff I love and it's given me a bit of joy that I honestly didn't expect. I moved home two years ago tomorrow (14/04/2022) from Totnes to Exeter! The absolute chaos and insanity that is moving home!! I'd been in the one house my whole life (40 years!) but moving from a 3 bed house to my own 1 bed bungalow was amazing. I've been here two years now and it's definitely my little paradise. I couldn't unpack for two weeks as I had to wait to have my floors laid! Luckily I have a decent store room I stuck 90% of my boxes in. If I ever move again it will be far less stressful especially with no stairs!

I got lucky when I moved into my house from my parent’s house because it’s literally the next street over 😂. You’re doing well to have unpacked so quickly, I had 5 weeks off work when I moved. Mind you, I went to IKEA to get furniture and there are only 2 locations here in Queensland 🇦🇺, which are about an 8 hour round trip from me

Ur such a sweetheart! Understandable ull feel weird n sleep will be a mess at first. All change in noise levels, especially the low frequency hum of the electricity in London to what u hve now. Hope u get some security installed too, I’m old and I worry about people I like. I hope my kid finds friends like u when she’s older. You won't know yourself living on your own. It's actually quite exciting and you learn to love your own company and actually have proper alone time that can be unlimited should you desire. I know you'll have loads of visitors and go visiting. But, it is quite freeing to live alone. I live alone and don't think I could *ever* share with anybody again, unless it's a partner. Having even a friend to stay the night is even weird at times, especially if you've been on your own for a period of time. I also love having a pet when living alone. (2 actually was perfect). As you have the time and it's great company.

I've never been a house person but yours look very cozy and unique, I'm also a fan of "non-square room" layouts for the creative feeling.
