You could use it on a healer whose team is pretty sp positive, like teams with Mach 7 since she will not be taking any sp away from you ever.

to be paired with what dps? Hanya's speed buff isnt even that great compared to Asta. Asta ult at E6 can give 53 speed to all allies while Hanya is 21% of her speed. If u have her at like 210 speed, that's just 44 speed buff, even a 230 speed hanya can only give 48 speed to your dps, a 250 speed hanya can be on par with asta speed (53) but only to your dps, not all allies. Is it even achievable and worth it just to end up having the same ult speed with asta? Plus u only need 120 energy for asta to ult while Hanya needs 140.

TY (4*) is the one that benefits the most from that 4-piece as she can immediately ult right at the start and skill right after so your dps has 2 stacks at all times. Budget Dr. Ratio/Jingliu,... teams that run TY+Pela/Debuffer are the ones that make the most out of this set (I'm not saying that it's bad on other supports, just that it's less optimized as you would either need to have 2 supports with the 4-piece or you would have a moment where your dps attacks with only 1 stack instead of the 2 stacks)

Second best would be Sparkle and Bronya, who can get it but it takes two turns. Then Hanya who also gets it in one turn, but only when she Ults, making it less consistent. It doesn't work at all on Ruan Mei, Robin, or Asta, since their buffs are team wide. That's fine though because they all have better sets for them.

Sacerdo won't, the skill needs to be a buff and single target, aventurine gives a shield to the whole party, so it won't apply sacerdo and his ultimate is a debuff, not a buff and it targets enemies, so it also won't proc sacerdo
