This is the main goal here during this short Bangalore visit - the tech areas of Bangalore, the new and upcoming areas. I made a bunch of videos how life would be in these tech cities that you hear of everywhere, this so called Silicon Valley of India. Marath halli is only the beginning.. It streches upto Whitefield in the east, sarjapur Road and beyond upto electronic city in the South, Manyata and beyond in the North, Mysore road in the south and many many within the city... the weather is uncomparable... Infrastructure much better and city vibe is totally different.. Hyderabad is almost similar but for certain deficiencies

Electronics city, Whitefields, Koramangala, HSR Layout, Sarjapur Road, ORR,Marathahalli, etc. have lot of IT companies. The IT companies in many hubs in Bangalore unlike Hyderabad, where most of them are at Cyberabad/Hitech City area.

Marathahalli in Bangalore is one of the Tech hubs....there are other Tech parks across the city. Yes, the traffic to/around these tech parks is dense, especially at peak morning/evening hours. I worked that side till covid struck and my 12km commute would take 1-2 hours, each way, by car. For this reason, lots of housing projects sprung up too. Now you can see the metro line work on that stretch of Outer Ring Road, so once that is ready, commute will be easier. Prestige Group are property developers.

Hi This business park is very old at least 20 years old, visit the relatively newer tech park, Embassy Manyata Tech park at Nagavara ,near Hebbal,that is really good, also Karle tech park, Bhartiya tech park... all are nearby ...

I'm going to let you in on a secret yummy snack that can be found in Bangalore... since returning back to Malaysia over 10 years++ ago (after med school)... Ive been craving to eat a very2 delicious Indian pastry/cake - known as "KHOVA DILPASAND / KHOVA NAAN"... if you are still in Bangalore - do try this food, best eaten when its hot... Its a sweet milk-based cake that can be found in Bangalore.... I recommend that 200% !! (alas I couldnt get that in Malaysia)

If you are still in Blore, you must go to MTR (near lalbagh), Brahmins Cafe or Vidyarthi Bhavan, have a full meal or biryani at Nandini or Nagarjuna , a pub tour in Indirinagar or Koramangala. You must also try roadside masala puri ! That’s a must indeed !!

Tata group probably has more gdp than most of Switzerland. Tata owns everything in every industry from salt to software. Taj hotels more luxury than anything anywhere especially tata palaces. Ultra high luxury hotels $300+ night palaces 500$ + night Marathahalli was a undeveloped area a couple of decades ago its not really part of affluent bangalore. Most rich bangaloreans probably never stepped there
