I lived for a while in Pajo, Mactan near the General Milling Co. and I have had several college mates from the island and they were Lourdes Alijaga, Evangeline Arcenal, Julia Baguio, and Eden Albano and I still remember a friend, Lindoy Baring!!!

Yes, naay bayad. Kung guest kay sa ilang Belmont Hotel, free ra. I am not sure but I've read somewhere nga kung guest ka sa usa sa mga condo inside Mactan Newtown through AirBNB, free sad daw, but again, dili ko sure kung tinuod ni.

100% that is NOT a Business district, but a TOWNSHIP, KNOW & LEARN HOW to distingujish the differences, because their are different type of projects, not only 1.
