I could have added much more. But I wanted to keep it reasonably short. In case some people aren't interested. I should have added though, that 15 years ago I was terrified of falling in, getting gear wet etc. The noise is also very unnerving. However, the more experience you get, the easier it becomes. Never under estimate it though. If in doubt, stay put!

You mean the last music piece, with the guitar? It's called Om Namah Shivaya, it comes from a copyright free music database in CapCut. So if you really want it, download CapCut, upload a picture, click on Sounds, and then a symbol that looks like a fire. Then you type in Om namah shivaya. You might get more options, and listen to each one of them to see if you can find it. ❤

So sad to see people that want to go in such a virgin environnement, but don't care about leaving their trash behind on the trail, ... OUCH !!!! hurt my hart. And at 22:00, such a nice photo of Sophie in the trail, amazing. Thank for the update girls and at one point I wasn't sure when I saw Sopĥie crossing hanging on the rope, if I wan't watching a movie with Sylvester Stalone ( Cliffhanger ) ;) ;)

Yes, what do they think, someone else will clean the rubbish? Really stupid, think what those trails are like in 200 years. But we only saw trash on Hampta Trek, the other places we went don't get so many visitors. Which is great. My lesson was to stay away from popular places. ❤

Totally agree on spending as much time as you can out doors. I believe in this day and age alot of us are spending way to much time on phones/devices watching you tube videos even this video. it's ok for a little watch but it's easily addictive and before you know it you've spent some time watching others out doing things where you feel oh that's cool etc but it's not really real. You need to be out doing it yourself not watching others it's extremely dangerous to the mind and body to be getting addicted to spending time on your phone. I've been bad at this myself it's a really bad dangerous habit. Sorry not to dislike your videos cause they are great and not to long so i feel it's fine. I think you'd agree though regardless. Looks like a great adventure. I've got a couple adventures coming up starting next week.
