Hooo boy 🔥🔥 this is really calling me in. I am in a chronic fawn pattern, feel so much terror in sharing my authentic expression and opinions (especially around all this stuff.. I question things a lot and to root levels). The story in my body is that I will be exiled, alone and have no community to rely on. That I don't have what it takes to be self-secure. And.. if I believe I can or can't - either way I'm right huh? 😅😆 All this is the biggest work for me. So thank you for some firey medicine on this Mark 🙌❤️ I'll get there.
