You may think this lens is impractical for general photography because of "distorted images!" Throw away this thinking and you have one extra lens for creativity.

As always from you, fascinating, and thanks for the research details, that added so much depth to your production. Thanks I am using a later Pentax fisheye, the SMC Pentax-F 17-28mm F3.5-4.5 Fish-Eye, which I really enjoy playing with. Would love to have this lovely, Takumar 17mm prime lens though
