You should try re-doing this with modern codecs like x265 (recommended) or AV1 for video and Opus for audio. You can actually get decent quality with those.

Yep. Basically, a video of such bitrate that not only allows the entirety of it to fit within a single floppy diskette but also one where the transfer rate can keep up with the video playback.

It's never a good idea to keep videos on a floppy disk but the reason I do what I do is just to see if I can :D

Agreed. Even if it's not very good or practical, it's cool and fun to see if it can do it. One can learn something from such experimentation or even possibly find a way to actually make it work extremely well.

there were a few companies in the 90s that made cameras that used floppy disks instead of tapes. it worked more or less for photos but videos were limited to something like 15 seconds for any kind of quality.

Not a movie. But if you downscale the video far enough to fit on one side of the diskette then yes you can. I have a camera that uses a floppy disk as memory and you can take 25 pictures or like 7 seconds of video per diskette
