That’s absolutely terrible . They could have just put an extra slice of bacon on the old dear’s sandwich instead of the lettuce and tomato. They are an independent business, I’d get it if it were a chain that had to stick to ingredient’s because of insurance or keeping the costs down purposes. The food looked vile guys. Sorry but I would have sent it back and asked for a refund. As for you cannot have a ploughmans as no salad,only then to give u salad with the jacket. I would have complained again. I always return my food if its cooked bad. Shame for Nat...one bite I would of sent it back. Surprised Nat ate as much as she did really.

I think this establishment like many others prob did a load of prep in the morning, including the sarnies and once sold out that's it. It's crazy. Also prob down to who's working there on the day xx

I think they showed themselves up by not even making the extra effort in cooking a bit of bacon without salad or making Nat a ploughmans with the salad. It helps the reputation of the establishment. Crazy. xx

Here's a lesson for you and everyone else. If the most popular items on a menu have sold out, Don't bother ordering anything else because they're the least popular and most undesirable!. Move on to somewhere else. That available and unavailable salad is so bullschitzer. They're playing with the customers. Better give this place the 'Flick' I reckon.☹️ We live and learn guys.
