2:34 someone explained it in the comments of the original video Basically a Demo walked right under SoundSmith and tried to sticky jump but ended up bumping into him from underneath, launching him upward and absorbing the explosion damage. You can actually see the Demo for a split second during the clip.

16:31 This clip makes me feel like we're all welcoming Kyle to the tf2 universe again... that was not a tf2 moment, it was THE tf2 moment right there
@theduckgoesmoo3 жыл бұрын
Why was it THE tf2 moment?
@inspektor55603 жыл бұрын
@@theduckgoesmoo Probably because this happens way more often in tf2 than in any other fps games, or because tf2 was made as a silly game, rather than a serious or competitive one. So people randomly doing nothing (like that spy), taunting for no reason, micspamming earrape noises, or simply being friendly in the middle of a match are what made this game last for so long. These moments are what we call tf2 moments
@thetsarofall86663 жыл бұрын
That game you were asking about that he was playing was warhammer: vermintide 2, a very fun left-for-dead-like game that focus's mostly on melee combat instead of ranged (which is still an option, but is more reserved for taking out special enemies). Having been playing it for maybe two months now, i would highly recommend it. Its extremely fun.

Just to let you know again Most of these sounds designs Sound Smith mentions came from JoJo. No seriously the studio that makes the JOJO anime have really good and satisfying sound design. I can recognize these sounds effects but also know where these sounds come from in which parts of JoJo. Y'know who else wields a relatively small knife masterfully to fight in a stylish manner? A certain little quirky bug.- What? I'm talking about OrnaBug. One of Soundsmith's friends. I would never suggest a game in every one of my comments, c'mon. That'd be a little weird. edit : Honestly, thinking about it? I'd love to just watch Duck try to learn to trickstab. I feel like he'd actually pick it up really quick, and be okay at it, but just get gimmicked by janky hitboxes and not realizing he's doing it right.
@theduckgoesmoo3 жыл бұрын
A trick stab is when you go decloak and backstab someone right? Thats the only way I get any kills with spy
@philippeleprohon48233 ай бұрын
@@theduckgoesmooA trickstab is when you trick someone into a backstab, like the different types of trickstabs SoundSmith explained in the Big Earner Video, like the CornerStab his comment section was making fun of for mispelling (Co/nrer/ instead of Co/rner/) For example, a Matador is when you act like a Matador, and trick the enemy gamer into walking into you as you move sideways to hit their back hitbox, like a Matador evading the bull charging him/her. If you want to get better at Spy, I heavily recomment watching Spy Psychology if you haven't, whether as a video or in your free time. And if you're reading this, even two years later, hi! Edit(s): I have no clue how accentuation works on KZbin, halp.
