Friends, cloud seeding IS NOT "control." It is influence. Whether it's silver iodide dropped into clouds to help them become more efficient rain producers, or utilizing lasers to achieve a similar goal, the best cloud seeding can do is help enhance the probability of rain falling over a localized area. There is zero control over how the atmosphere reacts to this. ZERO CONTROL. And the results from cloud seeding can be very much inconclusive. Even if there is reasonable confidence it's worked in any one location (cloud seeding programs are operated across the globe with mixed results), it can't create what we saw with Helene in the SE and Southern Appalachia. What happened there was purely the result of a number of factors coming together at the same time (including a nudge from ongoing global warming). SAI (Stratospheric Aerosol Injection) is simply a THEORY meant to help fight climate change by increasing atmospheric albedo. Not "control the weather." It has not actually been tried yet on a large scale. And even if it was, such a practice would absolutely not create massive storms. Ha! Probably the opposite. This is because the theory of SAI is all about dimming the amount of solar radiation coming into Earth's atmosphere. Basically, injecting an aerosol very high up in the atmosphere that is good at reflecting the sun's energy. That's it. NOT "control." No meteorologist locally, in the US government, or anywhere else can create hurricanes, steer them in any one direction or control how intense that system becomes. Meteorologists are not Gods. We're just nerds.

There’s several good videos showing the beams, the smaller frequency ones & a ton of blue ‘blooming’ type frequencies that they use to guide the hurricanes. (Which they actually admit to.) Along with seeding the clouds prior. Dane Wiggington is always a great source & I did see his videos being used in other videos. (With reference of course.)

I just looked up the one I was referring to. It was a channel called INSPIRED, labeled ‘Strange Anomalies during Hurricane Helene’. Something interesting, unrelated, but as I was looking something up about Helene, I saw that during this same week in 1958 there was another Helene, that hit NC. It wasn’t nearly as bad & I do know that these names are recycled until there is one that is big enough & then that name gets shelved. I just thought it ironic.
