I love these videos! The speaker's spirit is just joy-inspiring. When I met Jesus in 2012, I came from a place where I believed in nothing, had battled addiction...(the doctor said this, literally... "In over 30 years in this specialty, YOU are the worst case I've ever seen. It's a miracle you are alive. If you had not come in, you would not have survived the year.") As a single mom with a daughter who was 4 then, I made a choice and I realized once I met Jesus He was the one who spoke to me that day I called that Doc for help. I didn't have much success recovering until my counselor invited me to his church. I remember, I had NO idea what denomination the church was, but I remember during my first Worship service looking around and feeling like, wow, this is where I wanna be. I wish I could share all He's done for me, but I'll say this, I want people to know how GOOD and loving He is! If people can meet the Real Jesus, that Jesus in the Bible, wow, you can only love Him. Simple and still doesn't say what came to my Spirit when I encountered Him. It's part of what I hear in this speaker's voice, I sense that joy and Spirit of the Lord. Hi Dana, May the Lord keep you in perfect peace. I was studying the subject maturing in Christ. As it happens, a family member was celebrating their 70th birthday during this period. I had this family member frequent on my prayer list until an afternoon following an hour long prayer when the Holy Spirit asked me the following questions: What are they celebrating? Are they celebrating the birth of the flesh or the rebirth of the Spirit? Holy Spirit said, No! "They celebrate carnal milestones while spiritually stagnated". The Lord inhabits in the praises of His people only when offered in Spirit and in Truth. As you celebrate your birthday, please make The Lord the centre of your joy and ascribe all glory to Him.
